After searching high and low for a photo album that they actually liked, a couple of local friends (one of whom is an accomplished photographer) asked if I could help out and make them something appropriate and stylish that they could use to display their wedding photographs in. After much consultation, we settled on a lovely Kongpo garden design hand screenprinted on to handmade Nepalese Lokta paper along with a dark red spine and corners with matching brown endpapers and back pocket. The guarded album binding using Langham NOT watercolor paper for the text was a challenge (especially to trim and plough neatly) but it worked out OK in the end and they were happy.
